How to convert images to PDF

Technical limitations
- Transparency in PNG/WebP becomes white in the PDF (PDF pages are opaque).
- Very high-resolution images (over ~8000 px on a side) may fail to encode on low-memory devices.
- "Fit to image" makes each page exactly the image size — great for comics, less ideal for printing.
